Raising Cane’s is one of the most prominent fast-food franchises in the United States. It came to the limelight because of its notorious chicken fingers (which is the only thing they serve in the restaurant). However, while the chicken fingers are exceptionally well-made, their other delicacy is their tangy and scrumptious signature sauce; Cane’s sauce.
It is without a doubt that the only reason people even go to Raising Cane’s is for their sauce. It’s rich in flavour, tangy and delicious! However, did you know that you can make the same sauce at home? In this article, we will guide you on how to make the well-known Raising Cane’s sauce at home!
What is Raising Cane’s Sauce?
Raising Cane’s sauce is a scrumptious dip-sauce comprised of ketchup and mayonnaise along with some spices that add to the tanginess of the sauce. From our personal experience, we’ve found that the taste of the sauce contrasts between locations in the United States. In the southern part, it is spicier and made from Creole seasoning. In other parts, it isn’t spicy and includes pepper to intensify the flavour. You can make the Raising Cane’s sauce according to your preference, however!
Can you buy the Raising Cane’s Sauce?
Not at the moment, unfortunately! Unlike some other prominent restaurants, Raising Cane’s has not yet introduced their sauce in retail stores. You can request as many cups of the sauce as you’d desire at the restaurant but not which you could use for a long time.
What does the Raising Cane’s Sauce taste like?
If you haven’t yet tasted the sauce, you’ll probably be wondering what the flimflam is all about. Is it any good? There’s no proper way to explain how the sauce tastes like. After all, it’s unique to Raising Cane! It has a similar taste to that of fry sauce but with the inclusion of pepper and garlic powder to improve the taste. It has a sort of spicy flavour with a sour twist.
