Marinated vegetable salad is a super delicious dish to make up for company. You can consider sweet vinegar and olive oil dressing. Any Italian dressing will go with this salad. Italian dressing is my personal favorite hence I am penning down the recipe here. You can go for any dressing of your choice like honey mustard and so on. If you do not prefer your salad to be sweet, you can avoid sweet vinegar and use any oil with vinegar.
You will need sweet vinegar, olive oil, and some Italian herbs like oregano, thyme, and rose merry.
What is the method of preparing marinated vegetable salad?
If you want crunchiness in your salad, it is better that you don’t boil the carrots, broccoli, or cauliflower. I am giving this option because there are a lot of people who may not prefer raw veggies and would still want to have a vegetable salad. But it will be boiled vegetable salad with Italian dressing.
I am giving out the raw vegetable salad with Italian dressing. This is my personal favorite and I just love the crunchy texture of this salad. This is also a very healthy dish that will not cause any harm and you can eat it whenever you want to. It contains a good amount of nutrients like Vitamin, calcium and so on.
Just chop the vegetable into small pieces. Don’t make big chunks as the dressing will not go inside it and it won’t taste as good. Chop them finely and add the dressing to them. After this process, keep your marinated vegetable bowl to rest for at least half an hour. This is because the time will help the veggies to absorb the dressing well.
